Legendary Actor Peter Falk beloved by millions for his portrayal of Columbo. Is said to be suffering from advanced stages of Alzheimer's and dementia and is not able to care for himself anymore. Catherine Falk, Peter's daughter has filed for conservatorship of her father in L.A Superior Court. She believes that "Full time custodial supervision is need for his health and safety". Also she wants to guard against any unscrupulous forces that may seek to profit from his diminshed capacity.
