So, Barrack and Michele Obama were in Hawaii Tuesday, paying respects to his grandmother by scattering her ashes on cliffs east of Hononulu.
And breaking the law!
How is he breaking the law? Well according to the Department of Land and Natural Resources of Hawaii, it's illegal to dump human remains on the shore!
In accordance with the regulations determined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, (cremated) remains must be scattered 3 nautical miles off the shore line. Well I guess when you’re the President-Elect they can overlook this minor incident.
