Citizens of California, BEWARE!!! Britney Spears is once again behind the wheel of Motor Vehicle. Lets hope she has a monitor with her at all times, so we don't have any repeats of her earlier driving mistakes. And in case you don't know, she ran stop signs and red lights, ran over paparazzi feet and hit a parked car all with children in the car!
