Avril Lavigne was spotted having dinner with friends and clubbing without her hubby Deryck Whibley  anywhere in sight.

Instead, she was seen out with the original “Firecrotch” Douche bag , rehab reject  and Broke Billionaire Boy  Brandon Davis.

Deryck didn't like what he saw in the tabloids. In Touch Weekly is reporting that he texted Brandon and warned him, 'Stay away from my wife! " How very macho of him.

An insider adds that "Avril assured Deryck that it was a business dinner about art, since Brandon makes his living as an art broker."

"Art broker?" That’s f**king hillarious! Riiight! Douche bag Davis has a job?

"Deryck says he trusts his wife, it's Brandon he doesn't trust."

As for April's reps, they deny the story.

Brandon is an upgrade, due to his future family inheritance over Deryck. However, Avril isn’t great, but I think Davis is fishing in the upscale pond!  Avril is better than Davis’s usual skankerific choices, So what is causing this want to elevate one's standards?
