Clint Movies and Music...

Clint recently gave an interview where he reflected on his past roles, how he felt about being a director and what its like at 78 to still have a hot acting career. He also had a good time poking fun at all the fake information out there in print and on the net. But the part of his interview that caught my attention was the fact that he's  also an accomplished musician. And he delved into what it was like to see performances and hear music as it was being created by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and Sinatra. He then framed yesteryear musicians performances with how its done today. Today everything is spliced and pieced together in a studio to make a song; Back then you could walk into any pub or parlour and hear one of your favorites performing on almost nightly basis. It was real and the live music was amazing! Now its all about the light show...

Next up he's planning to do a biopic on Nelson Mandela, and has already recruited good friend Morgan Freeman for the lead.
