While on the red carpet for the People's Choice Awards, We spotted Jewel. But it wasn't her dress or her face that caught my attention. It was the crease in her cleavage that was very noticeable. And although I'm not an expert, I do know that there are only 2 things that can cause that crease. The first is old age, and Jewel is only in her 30's. The second is breast augmentation. I'll let you be the judge.
